1.Overview & Our Farm Commitment

Gavran Murge operates direct rural farmer sourcing and cold-chain doorstep delivery for authentic 100% Free-Range Gavran Country Chicken and genuine country eggs from our pastures in Manjari Khurd, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 412307.

We are committed to maintaining the highest privacy ethics. We collect only the information strictly required to coordinate farm butchery packing, quality shell inspection, route dispatch, billing, and order cancellation management. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any external advertising broker or third party.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order, create an account, or initiate an egg subscription, we collect:

• Contact Information: Full name, 10-digit Indian mobile number, and email address.
• Delivery Destination: Street address, society/apartment number, landmark, area locality in Pune or PCMC, and 6-digit postal pincode.
• Subscription & Order Preferences: Chosen egg breed (Pure Desi or Everyday Sonali), tray size (6, 12, 18, 24, 30+ eggs), chicken preference (Live Farm Weighed or RO water cleaned curry cut), and delivery schedule (weekly Saturday drops or selected time windows).
• Billing Records: Chosen payment method (UPI QR, direct app, or Cash on Delivery), transaction reference IDs, and payment verification logs.
• Customer Communication: Delivery instructions, cancellation reasons for duplicate orders, customer feedback, and reviews submitted through your account portal.

4.WhatsApp, SMS & Email Communications

Because country eggs and freshly cleaned chicken are highly perishable farm items, timely communication is critical. When you submit an order:

• You receive automated WhatsApp and SMS order confirmation notices with tracking links.
• You receive route notifications when our driver enters your locality on Saturday morning.
• We will not bombard you with unsolicited promotional marketing. You can opt out of non-critical messages at any time by messaging our desk on WhatsApp at +91 70570 77974.

5.Subscription & Payment Data Handling

Gavran Murge does not store your bank passwords, debit/credit card PINs, or UPI secret MPINs on our servers.

All payments are processed through secure Indian banking protocols (NPCI UPI Intent, Dynamic QR, and BharatPe VPA 9130136286@bharatpe) or collected upon arrival for Cash on Delivery. We store only standard accounting confirmation tokens (UPI Reference Number, payment status, timestamp, and amount) for audit compliance and receipt generation.

6.Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share your information with trusted infrastructure providers essential to our doorstep operations:

• Farm Delivery Executives: Sourcing riders only receive your delivery address, name, contact number, and special gate instructions to fulfill your drop.
• Cloud & Database Providers: Enterprise infrastructure (Supabase PostgreSQL, Vercel) operating with encrypted transmission (HTTPS / SSL/TLS 256-bit).
• Regulatory Authorities: Only when strictly required under applicable Indian laws, FSSAI regulations, or lawful court directives.

7.Security & Data Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption, Row Level Security (RLS) on user databases, and access controls preventing unauthorized entry. Your account password is encrypted and never visible in plaintext to farm staff.

Order records are retained for historical invoice access in your Customer Dashboard. If you cancel an accidental duplicate order, it is purged permanently from active dispatch according to our immediate cancellation system.

8. Your Customer Rights

Under our farm policy, you hold complete control over your customer records:

• Access & Edit: Update your address, contact number, or subscriber name at any time in the Customer Dashboard.
• Order Cancellation: Cancel duplicate or mistaken deliveries before packing dispatch directly from your dashboard.
• Account Deletion: Request full erasure of your profile and historical records by contacting our privacy officer below.
