Welcome to Gavran Murge. These Terms govern your purchase of authentic rural country chicken, pure Desi farm eggs, weekly/monthly subscription deliveries, and interactions with our doorstep service in Pune and PCMC.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing gavranmurge.com, submitting an online order, registering a customer account, or taking an egg subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Gavran Murge is operated by the Gavran Murge Team from our farm center at Gat No. 428, Manjari Khurd, Taluka Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 412307. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2.Authentic Farm Products & Quality Standards
Naturally foraged village birds raised with zero chemical growth stimulants and zero antibiotic injections. Available as Live Birds (farm weighed on digital scales, approx. 800g–1000g live weight) or Fresh-Cut Curry Cut / Dressed Meat (freshly cleaned with RO water in hygienic cold rooms, approx. 600g–800g net meat).
Sourced fresh from our free-range hens in Manjari Khurd. Eggs undergo shell integrity inspection, UV screening, and acoustic hairline crack detection before packing into food-grade insulated cartons. High in organic protein, vibrant natural yolks, and zero chemical preservatives.
3.Egg Subscription Plans & Weekly Drop Schedules
To bring effortless nutrition to families across Pune, Gavran Murge provides flexible weekly and monthly farm egg subscription plans:
- Scheduled Deliveries: All subscriptions are fulfilled on our fixed weekly Saturday Morning route (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) to ensure eggs reach kitchens within hours of morning farm gathering.
- Pause & Resume Control: Traveling or out of town? You can pause and resume your subscription anytime with 1 tap inside your Customer Dashboard.
- Subscription Commitments: Weekly plans operate on a recurring cycle (e.g. 1, 2, or 4 weeks). Delivery drops proceed automatically each Saturday unless paused at least 24 hours prior to dispatch.
4.Doorstep Delivery & Service Coverage (Pune & PCMC)
Our temperature-controlled cold-chain delivery fleet covers major residential zones in Pune & PCMC, including Kothrud, Baner, Wakad, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Aundh, Hinjewadi, Bavdhan, Pimple Saudagar, and surrounding localities.
🚚 Free Doorstep Delivery Terms:
• All subscriptions of 12 or more eggs per drop include 100% Free Doorstep Delivery.
• Subscriptions or one-time orders of 6 eggs incur a nominal route delivery charge.
• Deliveries require accurate society/flat details and an active mobile number reachable by our driver.
5.Pricing, Billing & Promo Code Rules
Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are all-inclusive of farm packaging.
/subscription page for returning customers who have previously completed at least 1 order. Valid for one-time redemption only per customer account/phone/email. Not valid for regular one-time egg or chicken orders.6.Order Cancellation & Duplicate Order Policy
We understand mistakes happen—such as accidentally placing duplicate orders or needing to reschedule. We have engineered an instant self-service cancellation facility directly in your Customer Dashboard:
- Self-Service Instant Cancellation: You can cancel any scheduled delivery before it is dispatched by clicking Cancel Order in your dashboard.
- Immediate Database Removal: When you confirm cancellation for a mistaken or duplicate order, our system permanently purges it immediately from active dispatch, your portal history, and the dispatch desk.
- Post-Dispatch Window: Once an order is loaded onto the morning delivery van and status moves to Out for Delivery, cancellation is no longer possible because fresh perishable items have been prepared and dispatched.
7.Perishable Food Returns & Freshness Guarantee
Because raw country eggs and freshly cut chicken are perishable agro-food products, returns are not accepted once delivered and handed over in sound condition.
✨ Farm Freshness & Transit Integrity Guarantee:
If you receive any damaged carton or broken egg due to transit, simply share a quick photo on our WhatsApp desk (+91 70570 77974) within 12 hours of delivery. We will immediately credit replacement eggs on your next Saturday drop or process an instant refund.
8.Customer Accounts & Platform Conduct
Customers must provide an accurate 10-digit Indian mobile number and valid delivery address. Creation of fraudulent accounts, unauthorized payment reversals, or repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may lead to permanent suspension from our delivery network.
9. Governing Law, FSSAI Standards & Farm Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
